Return Window:
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping:
We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. A prepaid label will be provided.

Final Sale Items:
At this time, we do not designate any items as final sale.

Condition:
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:
To begin a return, email us at support@paradisecollective.co with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Refunds typically post within 5–10 business days.
