What type of paper do you use?

We use museum-quality fine art paper with a premium matte finish designed to preserve rich tones and details.

Are your prints limited edition?

Some of our prints are limited edition. Once they sell out, they will not be restocked. Limited editions are clearly marked in the product description.

Can I customize my print?

At this time, we offer only the print sizes and framing options listed on each product page. Custom orders are not currently available.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that time, your order begins production and can no longer be modified or canceled.

Do prints come framed?

Yes! You can choose framed or unframed options. Our framed prints arrive ready to hang, using premium hardwood frames and protective acrylic glazing.

What if my print arrives damaged?

We’ll replace any prints damaged in transit—free of charge. Please email us at support@paradisecollective.co within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage so we can make it right.
