About Us

Our Story
Paradise Collective was born from a lifelong pursuit of light, movement, and meaning. What started as a passion for surf photography on the shores of Virginia Beach has evolved into a curated collection of imagery from around the world—from remote waves and rugged coastlines to alpine ridgelines and mountain air.
We create more than prints—we create portals. Each piece is rooted in nature, shaped by adventure, and designed to reconnect you with the feeling of being truly alive in the wild. Whether you're decorating your home, office, or creative space, our work is meant to ground, inspire, and transport.

Behind the Lens
Photographer & Founder: Alex Hopper
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been chasing light—sunrise reflections on the ocean, golden-hour glows on quiet coastlines, and those raw, fleeting moments that stop you in your tracks. Growing up in Virginia Beach, the ocean became my sanctuary, and surfing became the rhythm that fueled my creativity and shaped the way I see the world. It taught me to slow down, to look closer, and to find meaning in motion and light.
What started as a way to capture those moments turned into something deeper: a way to connect, to be present, and to translate the wild beauty of the world into something you can feel. That passion for perspective and presence lives at the heart of Paradise Collective.

Art That Fuels Adventure
Whether it’s the power of the ocean, the stillness of the mountains, or the vastness of an open sky, every image in the collection is crafted to evoke emotion, spark curiosity, and bring you back to what matters most.
This is for those who crave adventure.
For those who breathe easier by the water.
For those who feel grounded in motion and most themselves in wild spaces.
Each print is a moment of presence—captured with intention, created to live in your space.
